昨天电视里有条新闻很有趣, bondi 附近有一家, 院子里慢慢的都是垃圾, 17 年来市政已经清理过 14 次了, 但是依旧没有任何效果.  据房产中介说, 这条街的房价已经从 200 万跌到 150 万了, 就是因为这个著名的 Boonara Ave 19 号…… 谷歌地图上能清晰的看到这家 ( 搜索关键字 "19 boonara ave bondi nsw" )
